Delays in Orders Delivery due to COVID-19.

We experienced a significant increase in online orders and we have been working at the highest capacity possible to ensure we are safely processing and delivering orders. However, our local delivery partners like USPS or DHL are experiencing unprecedented volume increased and limited employee availability due to the impacts of COVID-19. We estimated there will be 3 to 5 days delay for them to deliver your orders. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

We ship from the U.S., the U.K., Belgium or China depends on your destination countries and item stock status.

Delivery Time

Delivery Time = 3-4 business days processing time + Shipping time. You could get the shipping option/carrier with shipping rate and delivery time when you check out.
